Personality: Persephone is a very mischievous person. While She isn't necessarily evil, She does enjoy 'playing' with other people with her spells, seeing what can come out of it. However, there are times when she can be helpful...

Persephone was originally born as a shark mermaid. Her early life is entirely shrouded in mystery. She eventually became a very powerful sorceress, rivaling that of Nume, eventually leaving the ocean, and went on land to continue her quest to expand her power and learn new spells. However, during her quest, she was tricked into becoming a genie, which she had felt ashamed by for a long time. For Persephone, a powerful witch to become nothing more than a wish granting object was unacceptable! She had tried very hard to break free from the djinnification spell, which only ended up becoming incomplete, and resulted in her being a hybrid genie. A genie with a tail that resembled that of a shark mermaid's tail.

After being forced to serve several masters, she had managed to fool her last master into freeing her... or so she thought. Unlike true freedom, she was 'freed from being trapped in the bottle'. She was still a genie, and she is still forced to take on a new master, whenever someone grabs her bottle. However, she is no longer forced to be trapped in the bottle, and can regain her legs.

For Perephone, all was not lost. At least she had no longer is trapped in her bottle, and can resume her quest. In addition to that, the 'curse' of a genie came as a blessing.. Immortality. Mermaids sorceress may have long life, but they are were immortal, and finally the cosmical and phenomenal powers.

Centuries had passed since her djinnification, and now she found herself in the modern world and age. To adapt to the new life, and hide away her genie identity, she created an alter ego, Sephia Kresana.
